You retain full control, with the option to proceed to Stage 2 only if satisfied — ensuring transparency, flexibility, and confidence throughout
Turners Construction supports alternative contract models, including Cost-Plus and Cost-Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) — with flexibility around trade package savings and fixed preliminaries/margins. This approach enables earlier site commencement and a more efficiency overall.
We're committed to finding a contract format that works best for all stakeholders and are open to discussing the pros and cons of each option.
Stage 3 focuses on delivering the project to the highest standard, with quality assurance processes and control measures in place throughout construction. Leveraging the detailed planning and coordination from Stages 1 and 2, this phase ensures the final outcome aligns with design intent, budget, and expectations.
After defect checks, commissioning, and certification, we move into the final handover stage — where everything comes together.
Once all quality assurance measures are complete, you'll receive:
A fully certified, compliant build or renovation.
Handover with documentation, warranties, etc.
Ongoing post-completion support.
